- Delivery in two working days (excluding time taken to process the order)

Your order will be processed within 2 working days and will be attempted be delivered within 4-6 working days from the day an 'Order Shipped' email is sent to you
- Local Pick-up
You may also opt to pick up your purchase at our store without shipping fees,

Returns and Exchanges
Sally’s Room sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. We may offer exchanges under limited circumstances. If an item is damaged as a result of quality or craftsmanship, customers must e-mail their concern within 14 days of receiving items for an exchange. Items mailed back for exchange or return must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Sally’s Room reserves the right to refuse any exchange where the product returned is not in its original condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEM?
We apologise for the inconvenience caused. Do kindly email our Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org with a snapshot of the defect and a detailed description, our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
In the event that an item purchased is out of stock, a refund will be made. Our customer service personnel will contact you.
